  • Order worth Rs 296 crores bagged by Power Mech
    Hyderabad-based construction engineering company Power Mech Projects has bagged an order worth Rs 296 crores from Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL). The order is for the operation and maintenance of Mumbai Monorail for a period of 5 years. The project covers operations and maintenance of the 19.54-km corridor between Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk and Chembur. This network includes a total of 17 stations.
  • Hariva Meditech to set up new manufacturing unit in MP's Ujjain Park
    Medical and surgical device maker Hariva Meditech Private Limited has plans to set up a manufacturing unit for critical care and medical technology products at the Ujjain Medical Devices Park in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.  The firm has requested 20 acres of land for the project, which will require an investment of around Rs 200 crores. This proposed plant will manufacture continuous blood glucose monitoring systems, vacuum-assisted wound closure systems, consumables, and anaesthesia products. Further 8 medical device units are also in line to get operational in the park.
  • ArisInfra signs MoU with Capacit'e Infraprojects worth Rs 800 crores
    B2B construction procurement platform ArisInfra Solutions (ASL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with real estate firm Capacit'e Infraprojects. The MoU is worth Rs 800 crores for the procurement of construction and building materials.  The MoU is signed for 5 years and covers the supply of materials for various infrastructure, commercial, and real estate projects undertaken by Capacite Infraprojects and its subsidiaries/associates. 
  • Krisumi corportaion to invest Rs 4,500 cores in Gurugram's real estate
    The joint venture of the Japanese firm, Sumitomo Corporation, and the Indian firm Krishna Group, Krisumi Corporation, has plans to invest Rs 4,500 crore over the next 6-7 years in Gurugram. This investment will be made in its ongoing luxury housing project, Krisumi City.   • Allegiance International signs MoU for development of Industrial park in Gujarat
    Taiwanese firm Allegiance International Co has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Gujarat. This MoU is for the development of the Indo-Taiwan Industrial Park in the Sanand-Dholera region. As per updates, the proposed park is expected to attract foreign direct investment exceeding Rs 1,000 crore over the next five years, primarily from Taiwanese firms. The project prioritises semiconductor manufacturing, electronics production, and allied sectors such as robotics and advanced components.
