  • ICF bags order worth Rs 1,514 crores from Bengaluru Metro
    Bi-RIDE ( Bengaluru Integrated Rail Infrastructure Development Enterprise Limited) has awarded a contract worth Rs 1,514 crores to a Chennai-based Integral Coach Factory (ICF). The order is for the supply of 153 air-conditioned broad-gauge metro-type coaches for Bengaluru Metro's corridors two and four. The order covers corridor two, which spans 25 km between Benniganahalli and Chikkabanavara, and corridor four that stretches 47 km from Heelalige to Rajanukunte.
  • 752 sq meter land parcel acquired by Manipal Health in Mumbai
    Bengaluru-based healthcare firm, Manipal Health Enterprises, acquired a 752 sq m land parcel with a hospital building in Mumbai’s Andheri. The deal is done for Rs 495 crores, and the seller is Khubchandani Hospitals Private Limited. The acquired asset comprises a primary hospital land parcel and is the second leg of a broader Rs 908 crore deal done earlier by the firm.
  • Toyota to set up new plant in JV with Kirloskar Motor in Maharashtra
    Japanese automobile major Toyota, in collaboration with its joint venture (JV) partner Kirloskar Group, is planning to develop a new vehicle manufacturing facility in Maharashtra. The plan is to develop a facility with an initial annual production capacity of 1 lakh vehicles at Bidkin Industrial Area in AURIC (Aurangabad Industrial City). The facility is expected to be operational by 2029 and will manufacture an all-new SUV as its first product.
  • 1.58 lakh sq ft office space leased by Adobe in Noida
    American multinational IT firm,  Adobe, has leased 158,000 sq. ft of office space in Noida. The space is leased at Max Square, Noida, located on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The firm is looking to move into the IGBC Platinum-certified office development, which has become a first choice for multinational firms and global capability centres (GCCs).
  • YEIDA invites bids for development of its central office in Noida
    Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited bids inviting suitable bidders for the development of its new central office. This office will be located at F4 in Sector 18 off the Yamuna Expressway in Noida. The EPC tender covers the entire project, from design to completion. This proposed project will have two basements, one lower ground floor, a ground floor, and five upper floors, along with solar roofing, renewable energy sources, motion-sensing controls, and advanced technology systems.
