  • Migsun Group to develop serviced apartment in Delhi
    Ghaziabad-based real estate firm Migsun Group has plans to develop a luxury serviced apartment project in Delhi’s Rohini. The project will comprise nearly 500 premium serviced apartments, catering to the growing demand in the area. The firm will invest Rs 250 crore in the development of the project. 
  • 3.5-acres land acquired by STT Global in Navi Mumbai
    Singapore-based data centre colocation provider STT Global has acquired a 3.48-acre industrial property in Navi Mumbai's Mahape. The firm's India arm has purchased the asset from a Mumbai-based printing, publishing, and book distribution company, Repro India. The transaction is closed for Rs 282 crore of land located in the MIDC-developed TTC Industrial Area at Khairane. This deal also covers an existing built-up structure spanning 73,496 sq ft. 
  • Bihar to develop 11 mega industrial parks says CM
    The Chief Minister (CM) of Bihar, Samrat Choudhary, has directed the officials with a plan that involves the development of 11 mega industrial parks in the state and the setting up of food parks in all 38 districts. The CM also instructed the administration to ensure adequate land availability for industrial expansion and create a land bank of 50,000 acres to support upcoming projects.
  • ABB bags new order for electric harbour tugs
    Swedish-Swiss automation firm ABB Ltd has bagged a new order from Cochin Shipyard. The order is for the supply of power and propulsion systems for two electric harbour tugs being built under India’s Green Tug Transition Programme (GTTP). As per ETInfra.com, ABB will provide a comprehensive package of electrical, propulsion, automation and digitalisation solutions. The scope of work covers an onboard DC grid power system platform and PEMS power and energy management system, designed to optimise battery usage and improve operational efficiency under varying power demands. The tugs are scheduled for delivery to Polestar Maritime in 2027 and will operate at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA).
  • Aurobindo Pharma launches new manufacturing facility in Telangana
    Pharmaceutical firm Aurobindo Pharma has launched a new biologics manufacturing facility in Telangana's Borapatla village,  Sangareddy district. This marks the firm's entry into biologics contract manufacturing with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore.  This new facility will produce biologic medicines for global markets, with US pharma giant MSD being the first major client.
