Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Estates is developing a new residential project in Hyderabad. The project named Prestige Golden Grove houses 5,120 units. Spread over 29 acres, the project has an expected revenue potential of over Rs 9,500 crores. The units are priced between Rs 1 crore and Rs 3 crore.

J&K based Engineering and construction firm SRM Contractors Limited has bagged an EPC order worth Rs 483 crores from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC). The order is for the work related to the Nashik ring road. As per the order, the firm will work on Package 6 involving construction on the southern side from design chainage 14.950 km to 28.970 km, spanning a total length of 14.02 km. Period of completion of the work is 1 year.

NCR-based real estate developer M3M India has plans to invest Rs 14,500 crores. The firm will invest this amount to accelerate the construction of its 45 million sq. ft. under-development portfolio. As per ET Realty.com, the firm has identified 7.8 million sq ft for completion by FY27, spanning premium residential and mixed-use commercial projects.

Co-working and managed offices solutions provider iSprout has announced the launch of its new commercial complex in Hyderabad. The firm launched  5.6 lakh sq ft office space at Minaas Towers.  With this, the firm now has  26 centres across eight cities, with a total portfolio of over 23.8 lakh sq ft.

The Maharashtra Government has approved the Mumbai Cricket Association's (MCA) proposal to develop a new cricket stadium in Navi Mumbai. This proposed world-class cricket stadium will have a capacity of 1,00,000 spectators.  MCA has begun the land acquisition process for the project. At present, the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, with a capacity of 33,108, hosts all international and domestic games. There is a growing demand among fans for a bigger stadium.
