  • Godrej Properties place winning bid for 23.2 acres land in Greater Noida
    Real estate major Godrej Properties has won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida. The land is acquired through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida. The amount of the winning bid was not known at the time of writing. As per updates, the land has an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 7,000 crore.
  • ITC Hotels sign new property in Guwahati
    Renowned Indian hospitality firm ITC has signed a new property in Assam, marking its debut in the city of Guwahati. The firm signed Fortune Select in Guwahati, Assam, which is scheduled to open in 2028. The new hotel will offer 90 well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, banquet and conferencing facilities, and a range of other amenities. It is well suited for leisure travelers as well as pilgrims to the Maa Kamakhya Devi temple. 
  • 10.6 acres land acquired by Amazon Data Services in Mumbai
    Amazon's India-based subsidiary, Amazon Data Services India, has acquired 10.6 acres of land in Mumbai. The land was purchased from Lodha Developers in a deal worth Rs 125.13 crore. As per the deal, Amazon is entitled to utilise a floor space index (FSI) of 2.5 times the total area of the land, equivalent to 1.07 lakh sq ft, for data centre and ancillary use. Earlier, Amazon Data Services bought 38.18 acres in the area in 2024 to develop a data centre.
  • Anant Raj signs MoU worth Rs 20,000 crores for investment in Haryana
    Delhi-based real estate development firm Anant Raj Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Haryana. The MoU is for an investment worth Rs 20,000 crore to develop large-scale data centre infrastructure across the state. As per Business Standard, the firm currently operates 28 MW of IT load across its campuses in Manesar and Panchkula. Through this investment, the firm aims to achieve a total capacity of 307 MW by FY32 across Manesar, Panchkula and Rai (Sonipat).  Anant Raj had earlier signed an MoU to invest Rs 4,500 crore in Andhra Pradesh through its subsidiary.
  • HG Infra emerges qualified bidder for intra-state transmission project in Uttar Pradesh
    Infrastructure development firm, H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA), has been declared as the qualified bidder for REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL). The work involves the construction of 220/132/33 kV AIS substations at Ranipur in Mau district and Chunar in Mirzapur district, along with their associated transmission lines. The period of execution of the work is 18 months.  Work will be executed on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model for a concession period of 35 years.
