Hero Enterprise's real estate arm, Hero Realty, has acquired 18,215 sqm. land parcel in Sector MU, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The land is acquired through an auction conducted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The land whose reserve price is Rs 97 crores has been acquired for Rs 218 crores. This move aligns with the trend of development near the recently inaugurated Noida International Airport (NIAL).

Multispeciality hospital chain Paras Health is looking for expansion with a mix of greenfield developments and brownfield capacity additions. The plan is to add nearly 800 beds over the next three years. The firm is eyeing capacity closer to 3,000 beds by 2029. To achieve that, Paras Health is building a 300-bed facility in Gurugram and is entering Punjab with a 500-bed hospital in Ludhiana.

Co-working space and managed workspace solutions provider Enzyme Office Spaces leased 3.4 lakh sq ft of flexible space in Bengaluru. The space is leased for 10 years at a monthly rental of Rs 2.5 crores.  As per updates, the firm has taken around 1.8 lakh sq ft in Whitefield, 1.5 lakh sq ft in HSR Layout, and 16,000 sq ft in Hebbal. The plan is to sublease the spaces to GCCs (Global Capacity Centres).

Jindal Group's flagship firm, Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL), has bagged an order from real estate firm SPJ Group. The order is for a structural steel contract for SPJ's commercial project named Vedatam, located at Sector 14, Gurugram.  Spread over a 4.15-acre land parcel, the project has a built-up area of 11.15 lakh sq ft. The period of completion of the contract is 17 months.

Real estate developer Casagrand has performed the ground-breaking ceremony for its new residential project in Hyderabad. The firm is developing the project named Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur.  Spread over 8 acres, the project is said to be the city's first Upartment — a residential format focused on spatial efficiency and larger homes. It will house 334 homes of 3 and 4-BHK configurations. The project features 5.7 acres of open space, including 5.3 acres of landscaped greenery and vehicle-free podiums. Among other amenities, the project will house a 41,000 sq ft five-storey clubhouse, a 5,600 sq ft chlorine-free swimming pool, 70-plus lifestyle amenities, and 25-plus wellness features.
