The state government of Uttar Pradesh is planning to renovate the Green Park cricket stadium in Kanpur. UP government has floated tenders for the appointment of an architectural consultant to prepare the stadium design and a detailed project report (DPR), drawings, and tender documents for the proposed construction work.

This renovation work is estimated to cost Rs 350 crore, and work is expected to begin in January or February 2027. According to the tender, firms can submit their proposals between September 18 and October 8, and the technical bids will be opened on October 8 in the evening.

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Puravankara has bagged a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida. The firm's wholly owned subsidiary, Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development, got the land in an auction held by the DMIC Authority (Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Integrated Industrial Township / Greater Noida authorities).

This marks the firm's entry into the Delhi-NCR region. The land has a saleable potential of approximately 4.57 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value of about Rs 5,200 crore. 

Noida-based real estate firm Gulshan Group and Ourika Estates have plans to jointly invest Rs 750 crore in real estate projects in Uttar Pradesh. The two firms have formed a development platform to develop premium residential projects in Ghaziabad and Lucknow.

They have secured two land parcels in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad, and Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. The Ghaziabad land measures 8,750 sq metres, and the land in Lucknow is spread over 10,328 sq metres in Gomti Nagar Extension.

The Karnataka Government has plans to develop a 125-bed government hospital at Bellahalli in Yelahanka taluk, Urban Bengaluru. Minister for Greater Bengaluru Development Krishna Byre Gowda laid the foundation for the project, which is expected to require an investment of Rs 75-crore.

The hospital will be a 3-floor building, including the ground floor, and will provide multiple specialised medical services. It will be designed in a way to expand capacity to 250 beds. The project is expected to benefit residents of Thanisandra, Kempapura, Kogilu, Nagawara, Hegdenagar, Jalahobli, Marenahalli, Sathanur and Bagalur, besides surrounding rural and urban settlements.

Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma has informed that preliminary discussions have begun with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for a Delhi-Meerut-style Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) high-speed regional rail network in the state.

This proposed Assam RRTS is currently at the discussion stage, and the Chief Minister has not announced specific routes, stations, or cities that could form part of the network. It is expected that the project will focus on connecting key growth areas and strengthening sustainable regional transport.
