Noida-based real estate developer Max Estates has signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a proposed joint development agreement (JDA) for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The project has a super built-up development potential of approximately 1.5 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,500-3,000 crore. 

Tech-major Microsoft has announced the launch of its 4th India cloud region in Hyderabad, Telangana. According to the update, the project is part of its $20.5 billion investment commitment to India. This new facility uses effectively zero-water cooling, relying on air-cooled chillers, which contrasts with traditional water-based cooling systems. 

Renowned hospitality firm IHG has announced the signing of a new hotel in Uttarakhand. The firm signed an agreement for Garner Hotel Jim Corbett in partnership with United Hospitality Management (UHM) India.

The property is scheduled to open in Q2 2027 and marks the rapid expansion of IHG's newest midscale brand in India. Located at a popular safari destination, Jim Corbett, the hotel houses 50 thoughtfully designed rooms along with facilities and amenities tailored to the needs of modern travellers. IHG currently has 53 hotels operating across seven brands in India.

Syrma Johari MedTech (part of Syrma SGS Technology) has inaugurated its new Medical Plastics and Precision Molding Facility in Jodhpur. Spread over 120,000+ sq. ft the facility brings together capabilities in medical plastics and precision molding, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and tooling.

According to the firm, the facility will support the manufacturing of precision medical components, including multi-cavity and tight-tolerance molded components, medical and diagnostic tubing, customized tubing profiles, and other specialized applications.

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, has laid the foundation stone for projects worth Rs 11,359 crore. These projects cover 123 municipalities and municipal corporations across 26 districts, including Kuppam.

Out of a total of Rs 11,359 crore, around Rs 7,469 crore will be taken up in municipalities across the State and Rs 3,890 crore in the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC). The CM said that, for the first time, the government is executing works under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) to ensure no financial burden falls on urban local bodies.
