  • Allegiance International signs MoU for development of Industrial park in Gujarat
    Taiwanese firm Allegiance International Co has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Gujarat. This MoU is for the development of the Indo-Taiwan Industrial Park in the Sanand-Dholera region. As per updates, the proposed park is expected to attract foreign direct investment exceeding Rs 1,000 crore over the next five years, primarily from Taiwanese firms. The project prioritises semiconductor manufacturing, electronics production, and allied sectors such as robotics and advanced components.
  • Order worth Rs 972 crores bagged by Enviro Infra Engineers
    Construction and engineering firm Enviro Infra Engineers has bagged an order worth Rs 972 crores. The order for two sewage infrastructure projects in Maharashtra under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0. The first project involves the development of 120.50 MLD STP capacity in the Pune region, along with 209 km of interception and diversion network and 887.2 km of sewer pipelines across 306 ULBs (Urban Local Bodies). This project costs Rs 587.21 crores. Another project is for the development of 121.10 MLD STP capacity in the Nashik region, along with 105.5 km of interception and diversion network and 433.68 km of sewer pipelines. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 384.98 crores. 
  • Migsun to invest Rs 4,000 crores in retail commercial projects
    Real estate developer Migsun Group has plans to invest Rs 4,000 crores in the next three years in tier-II cities in Uttar Pradesh. The firm plans retail expansion and is shifting to a full-lease ownership model for upcoming retail developments to generate rental income. This plan will cover Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi, and Kanpur. Further in Ghaziabad, the firm's first fully leased mall at Rajnagar Extension is set to open later this year. The firm is developing seven projects across Ghaziabad, Rohini, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Lucknow, and Agra.
  • Goregaon -Mulund link road project: HCC Ltd bags order worth Rs 1,662 crores
    Engineering and construction firm Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) has bagged an order worth Rs 1,662 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). This order is for the construction of a section of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road project. HCC has bagged the order in a joint venture (JV), Aakshya-HCC, in which it holds a 49% stake. The project aims to improve the East-West connectivity in Mumbai.
