  • NSPSL to set up cathode material facility at Chittoor
    Speciality chemical maker NSPSL Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd has plans to establish a cathode material manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor. The Andhra Pradesh state government has given its approval to the project that will be spread over 105 acres and will require an investment of Rs 2,550 crores. Cathode Materials functional components of lithium-ion batteries, and are widely used in electric vehicles (EVs), consumer electronics, electronics hardware, and several other key sectors.
  • University of London planning to launch its new campus in Hyderabad
    The University of London is planning to open its new campus in India. As per updates, the university plans to establish its first offshore campus in Hyderabad in the Education Zone of Bharat Future City.  Initially, the facility would be located at Lake View Guest House in Somajiguda. The University has begun the application process with the University Grants Commission to commence academic operations from the 2027 academic year.
  • Signature Global partners with Tonino Lamborghini, to develop residential project in Gurugram
    NCR-based real estate developer Signature Global has partnered with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini. This partnership is for the development of a residential project in Gurugram's Sector 71. Spread over 12.4 acres will comprise 812 residential units in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. The estimated cost of investment for the project is Rs 2,891 crores. 
  • Birla Estates partners with Ramaiah Realty for integrated township project in Bengaluru
    Mumbai-based real estate firm Birla Estates has partnered with M S Ramaiah Realty, forming a joint venture (JV). The JV is for the development of a 52-acre integrated township in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. As per the firm, the project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,000 crores. 
  • IHCL to launch new hotel at Bhogapuram International Airport
    Renowned hospitality firm Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a greenfield project at the Bhogapuram International Airport. The hotel, Vivanta, will feature 165 keys, offering convenient access for travellers. It will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, Wink, a bar, and Swirl, a deli. As per IHCL, the guests at the hotel can also enjoy a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, complemented by a banqueting space spanning over 4,000 sq. ft.
