  • 9 lakh sq ft commercial space acquired by Ascendas Firstspace in Ahmedabad
     CapitaLand Group firm, Ascendas Firstspace, has signed an agreement for the forward purchase of close to 9 lakh sq ft of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space in Ahmedabad's Bavla. The space will be developed and transferred in phases over the next 18 months. This deal is done for Rs 275 crores.
  • CleanMax to develop solar park in Andhra Pradesh, to invest around Rs 1,200 crores
    Green energy firm Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd has plans to develop a 200 MW Solar Power Park in Andhra Pradesh. Clean Max Group's firm, Yashaswa Power LLP, will develop the project at Beechiganipalle and adjoining villages in Parigi Mandal of Sri Sathya Sai district. The firm will invest Rs 1,200 crores in the project, which has received state government clearance. This development comes as the firm is launching a Rs 3,100-crore mainboard IPO
  • Lodha Developers bags development rights for land parcel in Mumbai
    Real estate developer Lodha Developers has bagged development rights for a prime 4.3-acre land parcel at Mumbai's Malabar Hill. As per The Economic Times, the land parcel houses six bungalows and other structures with an estimated development potential of nearly Rs 2,800 crore. The transaction involves an upfront payment along with a mix of monetary and non-monetary consideration to the land-owning trust after redevelopment.
  • Uttar Pradesh Government signs MoUs worth Rs 6.650 crores for township and data centres
    The Government of Uttar Pradesh has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) worth Rs 6,650 crore with Universal Success Group. This comes as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath begin his visit to Singapore and Japan. The MoUs cover Rs 3,500-crore international theme-based township near Jewar, a Rs 2,500-crore hyperscale data centre park in Greater Noida, and a Rs 650-crore logistics park on Kanpur-Lucknow highway. As per the updates, the proposed township will be developed on 100 acres allotted by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).
  • L&T bags order for LIGO facility in Hingoli
    Multinational business group Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has bagged an order from the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). The order is for the development of a Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO) at Aundha in Hingoli district, in Maharashtra. As per the firm's classification, the order ranges from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,500 crore and is classified as a significant order. The scope of work involves engineering, procurement, and construction of vibration-sensitive specialised high-precision civil infrastructure. Further, the firm will manufacture and install an ultra-high vacuum compatible 8 km beam tube and critical equipment for vacuum infrastructure.
