California-based Walt Disney's Indian arm, Disney India, has leased 1.75 lakh sq ft of office space in Bengaluru’s Bellandur locality. The space is leased for a 5-year tenure with a 15% rent escalation after three years. The firm's total rental commitment over the five-year lease tenure is estimated at Rs 127.84 crore.

Pune-based real estate developer Ceratec Group has plans to develop a built-to-suit commercial project in the city. The project will have a development potential of about 10 lakh sq ft and is expected to generate revenue of about Rs 1,000 crore.  Located near EON West in Wakad, Pune, the project will offer scalable floor plates, infrastructure, connectivity, and campus facilities designed for long-term occupier requirements. The developer aims to target occupiers including Global Capability Centres, IT and IT-enabled services companies, corporate headquarters, enterprise campuses, educational institutions, hospitality businesses, healthcare service providers and technology centres.

Real estate major Godrej Properties has won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida. The land is acquired through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida. The amount of the winning bid was not known at the time of writing. As per updates, the land has an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 7,000 crore.

Renowned Indian hospitality firm ITC has signed a new property in Assam, marking its debut in the city of Guwahati. The firm signed Fortune Select in Guwahati, Assam, which is scheduled to open in 2028. The new hotel will offer 90 well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, banquet and conferencing facilities, and a range of other amenities. It is well suited for leisure travelers as well as pilgrims to the Maa Kamakhya Devi temple. 

Amazon's India-based subsidiary, Amazon Data Services India, has acquired 10.6 acres of land in Mumbai. The land was purchased from Lodha Developers in a deal worth Rs 125.13 crore. As per the deal, Amazon is entitled to utilise a floor space index (FSI) of 2.5 times the total area of the land, equivalent to 1.07 lakh sq ft, for data centre and ancillary use. Earlier, Amazon Data Services bought 38.18 acres in the area in 2024 to develop a data centre.
