Orders worth over Rs 454 crore bagged by GK Energy

Pune-based clean energy firm GK Energy Ltd has bagged new orders worth Rs 454.50 crore from a leading state government-owned power distribution utility (name not disclosed in filing). The order is for grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic projects, whereby the firm will set up 1 kW rooftop solar installations across 1 lakh households, amounting to an aggregate generation capacity of 100 MW.

According to the updates, the scope of work covers complete end-to-end execution, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the rooftop systems, backed by five years of comprehensive operation and maintenance support.
Concorde to develop residential real estate project in Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde has plans to develop a new residential project in the city. The firm is looking to develop Concorde Sienna, spread over 3 acres of land located on Hennur Road in North Bengaluru.

The developer plans to invest Rs 80 crore in the project that will comprise 260 premium apartments across G+28 floors, ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 1,870 sq ft. According to Concorde, the land has a development potential of about 4.5 lakh sq ft, and the project is expected to generate a gross development value of about Rs 500 crore.
Skipper limited bags new orders worth Rs 1,305 crore

Kolkata-based transmission and distribution structure manufacturing company Skipper Limited has secured new orders worth Rs 1,305 crore for several power transmission and distribution (T&D) projects across domestic and international markets.

In the domestic market, the company has secured an order from a private player, whose name has not been disclosed, for two 765 kV transmission line projects. In international markets, Skipper has received orders to supply transmission towers and monopoles for power distribution networks in North America.
Foxconn looking for 200 acres land for its new technology park

Taiwan-based leading electronic contract manufacturer Foxconn is scouting for a land parcel of more than 200 acres to set up a technology park and high-end electronics manufacturing facility.

According to The Economic Times, the firm has reportedly expressed interest in a land parcel near Sanand in Ahmedabad district for the project. The state government has offered customized incentives and all possible assistance to facilitate the project. Foxconn, in partnership with the HCL Group, is also setting up a technology and semiconductor park in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority area. It also operates an electronics assembly facility in Tamil Nadu and has announced plans for a technology hub near Bengaluru in Karnataka.
Infineon Technologies leases 632,000 sq ft space in Bengaluru

Munich-based semiconductor major Infineon Technologies has leased 632,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru. The space is for 10 years and covers the ground floor to the ninth floor in Whitefield’s Bagmane Solarium City.

The German firm will pay Rs 750 crore as rent over 10 years. This deal includes a rent-free period of eight months, with the lease scheduled to start on December 1, 2026.
