NPCI plans to build its headquarters in Mumbai
Public sector firm National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has plans to build its headquarters (HQ) spread over 5 lakh sq ft space in the Bandra Kurla Complex business district, Mumbai. The construction would take 3 years, and the office would be able to accommodate 5,000 employees.
CAPEX worth Rs 17,000 crore planned by ACME Solar
Solar energy firm ACME Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd has planned a capital expenditure (CAPEX) of Rs 17,000 crore in FY26. The CAPEX would focus on expanding renewable capacity to 5 GW by 2027, focusing on hybrid and round-the-clock renewable energy projects.
The firm is also exploring nuclear energy and aims to reach 7 GW capacity by 2028.
Patanjali plans investment worth Rs 5,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh
Multinational conglomerate Patanjali Ayurveda has plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The investment would go into various sectors, including herbal medicine, Ayurveda, food processing, and balanced nutrition.
This announcement was made during the Madhya Pradesh Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025 held in Bhopal.
77,800 sq ft industrial space acquired by Tata Katcon in Pune
The joint venture (JV) between Tata AutoComp Systems and Katcon Global, Tata Katcon, has leased industrial space spread over 77,800 sq ft in Pune’s Chakan area. This space is leased from the Malpani Group through a long-term lease spanning over 10 years.
The JV is set to commence its operations at the new facility at Malpani Industrial & Logistic Park this month, that is, March 2025.
Country’s first integrated API green hydrogen and ethanol facility to be set in Himachal Pradesh
The state government of Himachal Pradesh has signed a Memorandum of Commitment (MoC) with Spray Engineering Devices Limited to set up the country’s first integrated Manufacturing Facility of API, Green Hydrogen, and 2G Ethanol BBN of Solan district.
The project, which would take an investment of Rs. 1400 crore, will require 30 MW of green hydrogen in the first phase and 50 MW in the coming phase.

As per updates, the latest orders include transmission and distribution (T&D) projects in overseas markets and building projects in India.
L&T bags order for construction of residential towers
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has informed that its building and factories vertical has bagged major orders to construct residential towers in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai for a reputed developer. As per the update, the value of the projects ranges between Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 2,500 crore,
These projects come with strict timelines for execution. Further, the firm bagged additional orders for ongoing projects, emphasizing the company’s strong foothold in the EPC sector.
