ITC launches new hotel on the Delhi to Gurgaon expressway

Hospitality sector major ITC Hotel has launched its 10th property in the Delhi-NCR region on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. The hotel would offer 81 rooms and would offer meeting and banquet space for social and business gatherings. Further, it has facilities like an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a banquet, a meeting space of about 35,000 sq ft, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. It would be 5 km from IGI Airport and 2.5 km from Cyber Hub in Gurgaon.

550,000 sq ft of office space leased by Google in Gurugram

Tech sector major Google has leased 550,000 sq ft from managed workspace provider Table Space at a commercial complex in Gurugram. The duration of the lease is yet to be known at the time of writing. This marks one of the largest managed workspace deals in the country.

Goa film city project: State government to sign lease agreement soon

The state government of Goa is very likely to sign a Loliem Comunidade for the state’s first film city project. As per updates, the talks are in the final stages of the process and the delay occurred as the comunidade requested some changes, which are in incorporation. The project is being described as a long-cherished vision of former Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar.

4.7 lakh sq ft space leased by Smartworks in Gurgaon

Flexible office space solutions provider Smartworks has leased 470,000 sq ft of office space at DLF Commercial Building in DLF City-V, Gurugram. This would be the fourth managed campus for Smartworks in Gurugram. The firm, which is planning an IPO soon, has a super built-up area of 9.12 million sq ft across 45 centers in 13 cities.

KEC bags orders worth Rs 1,097 crore

RPG Group’s global EPC firm KEC International Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 1,097 crore in its Transmission and Distribution (T&D) segment. The orders include a project to set up 400 kV transmission lines in the UAE and the supply of towers, hardware, and poles across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil in the Americas.

200,000 Sq ft warehouse space acquired by Yusen Logistics in Mumbai

Logistic solutions provider  Yusen Logistics has acquired 200,000 square feet of warehouse space from Macrotech Developers at Palava near Mumbai. The lease is for over 5 years and comes as the firm aims to enhance its distribution network in India.

Bengaluru Suburban Rail project: NCC bags order worth over Rs 500 crore

Karnataka Rail Infrastructure Development Company (K-RIDE) has informed that NCC Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs. 501.25 crore related to the construction of 8 stations under Package C2-A of the 149.35 km Bengaluru Suburban Rail project (BSRP). The package is 25.57 km and is a part of Corridor 2, which would connect Benniganahalli – Chikkabanavara via 12 stations.

The work involves installation work such as electrical & mechanical (E&M), pre-engineered building (PEB) roof, and architectural finishing work.
