Cement maker Kanodia Group's real estate arm, KREEVA, has plans to develop a residential real estate project in Gurugram. The firm plans to invest around Rs 400 crores in the project spanning 3 acres located off Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram. It will offer 200 residential units and will have a built-up area of approximately 5.5 lakh sq ft. The work is expected to begin by the end of Q1 FY27.

Office space solution provider Executive Centre has leased 480,000 sq. ft at Worldmark Aerocity. The space is spread across 3 centres, with phase 1 offering 101,000 sq. ft. and 1,100 workstations.  This will be followed by Building 6, with a gross area of 112,000 sq. ft. and 1,220 workstations, and the final phase at Building 8, spanning 267,505 sq. ft. and accommodating 2,800 workstations. 

Mumbai-based pharmaceutical firm, Aristo Pharmaceuticals, has purchased a new office space in the city's Andheri West. The deal is done for  Rs 111.26 crore for the office located in the Parinee I building. The office is purchased from Parinee Realty Private Limited and comprises  first and second floors, with a total carpet area of approximately 18,300 square feet and a usable area of approximately 28,300 square feet, including loft space.

The Maharashtra Government's body, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), has floated a tender inviting bids for the redevelopment of Thane-Belapur belt slum clusters. Spread over 338 acres, the Thane-Belapur corridor is one of the most important industrial zones in the state. The project will focus on around  35,800 slum structures located along the Trans Thane Creek (TTC) corridor between Digha and Shirwane. As per MIDC's tender, the developers capable of rehabilitating more than 1,900 families will qualify.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme. Under the scheme, the YIEDA is offering 1,000 housing plots in the rapidly developing Yamuna region close to the recently inaugurated Noida International Airport (also called Jewar airport).

As per The Economic Times, under the scheme, a total of 973 residential plots are being offered across sectors 15-C, 18, and 24. The size of the plots would be: 

162 sqm (476 plots)
183 sqm (4 plots)
184 sqm (4 plots)
200 sqm (481 plots)
223 sqm (6 plots)
290 sqm (2 plots)
The rate is fixed at Rs 36,260 per square metre, and allotment will be done through a draw system.
