  • Aster DM plans to invest Rs 1,315 crore in Karnataka
    Dubai-based healthcare firm Aster DM Quality Care has plans to invest Rs 1,315 crores in Karnataka to strengthen the state's healthcare infrastructure. As per the firm, it is developing hospitals with 550 beds in Yeshwantpur, 460 beds in Sarjapur, and a 350-bed expansion at Aster CMI Hospital in Bengaluru. Aster DM currently operates four hospitals in Karnataka with 1,329 operational beds.
  • Tata Power to setup is ingot and wafter unit in Gopalpur
    Tata Power is planning to set up a 10 GW ingot-and-wafer manufacturing plant in Gopalpur, Odisha. The firm has opted for Odisha over Andhra Pradesh for its Rs 6,675-crore project after evaluating incentives and infrastructure support from the two states. According to Tata Power, the incentives and the type of support being provided in terms of lower costs of power and other benefits led to the selection of Odisha. The project also benefited from ready land availability at Gopalpur, where Tata Steel is developing a special economic zone. It will be developed in two 5 GW phases, with the first phase expected to start operations in January 2028, followed by the second about six months later.
  • 2.42 lakh sq ft space leased by KFin Technologies in Hyderabad
    Financial services firm KFin Technologies has leased 2.42 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad’s Kokapet. The tenure of the lease is 15 years, and the firm has entered into five fresh lease agreements with Rajapushpa Realty LLP for this office space at Rajapushpa West Avenue. The total rent outgo for the period will be Rs 283 crore with a 5% annual escalation in rentals. This leased office space is spread across the sixth, 23rd, 24th and 25th floors of the commercial tower.
  • Sterlite Tech eyes expansion with an investment worth Rs 1,500 crore
    Optical and digital technology firm Sterlite Tech (STL) has plans to invest around Rs 1,500 crore over the next three years. The firm is planning to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, and capitalise on a multi-year global fibre demand supercycle backed by AI. The firm will invest Rs 500 crore annually for the next three years as part of the plan. 
  • NBCC bags orders worth over Rs 108 crore
    Government-owned NBCC (India) has bagged a new order worth Rs 108.85 crores. These orders are from the National Horticulture Board and the Odisha government. An order worth Rs 20.42 crore has been bagged from the National Horticulture Board (NHB). The work involves the development of the Clean Plant Centre Laboratory and Office Building in Srinagar under the Clean Plant Program. The other order is from the Odisha Government worth Rs 88.43 crore and is for constructing boys' and girls' hostels across various state locations.
