IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has leased over 1 square foot of office space in Hyderabad's financial district. The space is leased for 15 years, is valued at Rs 52.44 crore annually with a 12% escalation. As per updates, the firm has deposited a six-month security amount of Rs 26.2 crore.

MICL to launch luxury residential project in Mumbai

Real estate developer Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Mumbai. The project that would be located at the Pali Hill locality of Bandra would have apartments priced at above Rs 1 lakh per sq ft. As per the MICL, the project will be developed as part of the redevelopment of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society. Notably, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan owns multiple apartments in the project.
1 million sq ft space leased by Princeton Digital in Navi Mumbai

Data centre solutions provider Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has picked up over 1.06 million sq ft of commercial space in Navi Mumbai’s Airoli locality. The space would be acquired for the development of the firm's largest data centre campus in India. PDG has leased the space for 20 years. The lease is done for Rs 3,745 crore, and is part of a strategic partnership with Mindspace REIT. PDG has planned a $1 billion investment plan to reach 230 MW capacity in India.
