Data centre solutions provider Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has picked up over 1.06 million sq ft of commercial space in Navi Mumbai’s Airoli locality. The space would be acquired for the development of the firm's largest data centre campus in India. PDG has leased the space for 20 years. The lease is done for Rs 3,745 crore, and is part of a strategic partnership with Mindspace REIT. PDG has planned a $1 billion investment plan to reach 230 MW capacity in India.

Infrastructure development firm GAP Group has unveiled its township project in Dholera. The real estate project will include residential towers, corporate office spaces, high-end retail outlets, and a food court. The project named Akhilam would be set on a 42,000 square metre parcel.

Data Centre firm RackBank Datacenters Private Limited laid the foundation of the nation’s first artificial intelligence (AI)-based Data Centre Park in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The foundation was laid by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. Spread over 14 acres, the first phase of a data centre will begin with a capacity of 5 megawatts to be expanded up to 150 megawatts. As per the updates, the investment in the project would be Rs 2,000 crore.

Leading wire and cable maker RR Kabel has plans to expand its manufacturing capacity. The plan is to add  36,000 MT in capacity for both wires and cables at its existing Waghodia plant in Gujarat. The project would take an investment of Rs 1,050 crore, which will be funded via internal accruals and debt. The additional capacity is to be added by March 2028 in a phased manner.

Danish multinational brewer Carlsberg has plans to open up to three new breweries in India to bolster its supply chain capabilities. This comes after the firm made a recent investment of Rs 350 crore in a Mysuru facility.
