  • Ultraviolette to develop new EV making facility in Hosur
    Bengaluru-based Electric two-wheeler (EV) maker Ultraviolette has plans to set up a new manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. According to the firm, the new facility, named BIGGA (Big Global Ambition) Factory, will have an annual production capacity of 250,000 vehicles in phases and will produce the Tesseract electric scooter and future models. The facility will be designed to scale production to 500,000 vehicles annually as demand grows.
  • 10on10 Foods to setup new manufacturing facility in Bengaluru
    Bengaluru-based staple food startup 10on10 Foods has initiated work on the development of its second manufacturing unit in the city. According to the firm, milling operations at the new facility are expected to begin within 50-60 days.

    The project is aimed at increasing the company’s monthly production capacity in Bengaluru from 200 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes. 10on10 Foods offers freshly milled atta, millet-based products, including jowar, bajra and ragi variants, and high-protein staples.
  • County Group to develop luxury residential project in Gurugram
    Noida-based real estate developer County Group plans to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram. The firm plans to invest Rs 2,500 crore in the project, which will be spread across 24 acres. The project, located in Sector 88A, will comprise 844 apartments and is expected to be completed by 2032.
  • HCLTech opens new semiconductor lab in Bengaluru
    Tech company HCLTech has opened an advanced semiconductor laboratory in Bengaluru. Spread across 40,000 sq ft, the facility features 25,000 sq ft of Class 10K and Class 1K cleanrooms and offers end-to-end post-silicon engineering, advanced testing, and failure analysis capabilities.

    HCLTech has invested Rs 185 crore in the project. The facility is fully equipped with tools from Teradyne, Advantest, Keysight, Tektronix, and Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., supporting research and development, pre-production, and production qualification. The facility is expected to enable faster turnaround times, improve quality, and reduce operational complexity.
  • 272,000 sq ft office space leased by Accenture in Thane
    IT services firm Accenture has leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of office space in Thane. The space, located at Centaurus, a commercial tower in Hiranandani Estate, has been leased for a period of more than 10 years.

    The firm has taken up space across the 19th, 20th and 21st floors, with a capacity to accommodate 2,500–3,000 employees. According to the deal, the monthly rental payout is around Rs 1.9 crore, while the total rent outgo over the lease term is estimated at nearly Rs 269 crore.
