House of Hiranandani bags redevlopment rights for 3 acres land parcel in Mumbai

Mumbai-based real estate developer House of Hiranandani has bagged the rights for the redevelopment of 3 acres land parcel in Mumbai. The land parcel is to be redeveloped into a premium residential project with a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 3,000 crores. Located in Borivali, the project spans more than 7.6 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area, including around 380 rehabilitation homes and over 850 units for the open market.

Mumbai-based real estate developer Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has plans to invest Rs 500 crores in redevelopment projects. The firm plans to redevelop 5 projects across Mumbai and Thane, as it looks to scale its footprint. These projects are spread across Goregaon West, Bandra West, Khar West, Juhu–Vile Parle, and Wagle Estate in Thane. The combined gross development value (GDV) of the projects is around Rs 600 crores.

Leading GPU maker Nvidia has leased 7,60,000 sq ft in Bengaluru. The space is leased at Bagmane Capital’s Memphis South Tower, Mahadevpura, Bengaluru, for a total lease period of 10 years. With this, the firm's presence in India now totals over 11.35 lakh sq ft across six cities.
Purandar Airport: Government of Maharashtra clears Rs 6,000 crores state guarantee

The state government of Maharashtra has cleared a state guarantee for a Rs 6,000 crore loan for the proposed Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje International Airport at Purandar in Pune district. This loan will be raised by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) to fund land acquisition. This guarantee holds for 1 year within which the borrowing has to be tied up and the proceeds deployed for buying land and disbursing compensation to affected farmers. The proposed airport project will be spread over 3,000 acres.
