30,000 sq ft office space purchased by AccuSpace in Gurugram

 

Real estate developer AccuSpace has acquired 30,000 square feet of Grade A office space in Gurugram for Rs 62 crore. The space is purchased from a Singapore-based fund and is aimed at growing their rent-yielding commercial assets portfolio in high-growth markets.

 

Investment worth Rs 1,200 crore planned by Trinity in Gurugram

 

Real estate developer Trinity has plans to invest Rs 1,200 crore to develop a luxury residential project on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Spread over 11 acres, the project would comprise 345 units. As per the firm, they have received RERA approval and have already started construction.

 

PepsiCo plans to set new manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu

 

Multinational beverage and food brand PepsiCo has plans to develop a manufacturing plant at Mannaparrai near Tiruchirapalli in Tamil Nadu. The firm has been allotted 28 acres of land at the Sipcot Industrial Park for the project.

The new plant would produce various snack items like potato chips. This comes after the Tamil Nadu government’s push to develop four food parks in the state, namely in Mannaparrai, Theni, Nagapattinam, and Tindivanam.

 

7.4 lakh sq. ft space acquired by Tata Advanced Systems in Vemgal

 

Tata Group’s defence arm, Tata Advanced Systems, has acquired a 7.4 lakh sq. ft. plot in Karnataka’s Vemgal Industrial Area. The deal is done for Rs 29.34 crore, and the land would be used for setting up an aircraft manufacturing facility, including Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.

The project would support India’s defense self-reliance and indigenous aerospace manufacturing.

 

Nestlé India lays foundation for new factory in Khorda

 

Swiss multinational food and beverage company Nestlé’s Indian arm has laid the foundation stone for its upcoming factory in Khordha, Odisha. This would be the firm’s first factory in the eastern part of the country. The state’s Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi laid the foundation of the factory.

The facility would have a state-of-the-art facility with cutting-edge technology.

 

IOCL plans to build a petrochemical complex in Odisha, investment worth Rs 61,000 crore on cards

 

Government-owned Indian Oil Limited (IOCL) has plans to develop a major petrochemical complex in Odisha’s Paradip. The firm has signed a preliminary pact with the state government of Odisha for a project that would take an investment of Rs 61,000 crore.

The complex would feature a dual-feed cracker and downstream units for producing petrochemicals like Phenol and Polypropylene.

 

Godrej Properties to develop residential project in Versova

 

Real estate major Godrej Properties has acquired a land parcel in Versova, Mumbai. The plan is to develop a project that will offer around 4.4 lakh square feet of saleable area, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,350 crore.

As per the firm, the project would benefit from the strong connectivity and upcoming infrastructure, making the location attractive for homebuyers.
