Multinational business conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has bagged an order to develop India’s largest single-cluster artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure facility in Chennai. The company’s AI infrastructure arm, LTN Compute, and its AI and data centre business, Vyoma, will develop an NVIDIA B300-based AI Factory at its Chennai data centre campus to power the AI-native cloud platform of US-based Together AI.

According to L&T’s classification, the order falls in the range of Rs 10,000 crore to Rs 15,000 crore. L&T said the AI Factory will power the AI-native cloud platform for large-scale inference, fine-tuning, and training workloads, strengthening India’s AI infrastructure ecosystem while supporting global innovation.

Ghaziabad-based real estate developer Migsun Group plans to develop a studio apartment project in Lucknow. The company will invest Rs 350 crore in the project, which is expected to be completed within three years.

Spread over approximately five acres, the project will be funded through the company’s internal accruals as well as customer advances. The project aims to cater to the growing demand for compact residential-cum-commercial spaces.

Mumbai-based hospitality firm Juniper Hotels plans to develop a five-star hotel in Dwarka, Delhi. The company plans to develop a 550-key luxury hotel with an investment of Rs 850 crore, taking its total portfolio to nearly 1,000 keys.

The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Juniper Hospitality Assets Pvt Ltd, has executed a licence deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for the project. The hotel will be located in Dwarka Sector 23 and is expected to be completed by 2030. The project has a projected revenue potential of Rs 6,000 crore.

Chandigarh-based real estate developer GB Realty plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore in expanding its presence across North India over the next three years. The company is looking to expand its luxury residential portfolio while also entering new real estate segments.

The investment will be funded through a mix of internal accruals, customer collections, debt, and institutional or joint-venture capital, depending on the nature and scale of each project.

The developer has recently launched three projects. The first, located in Aerocity, Mohali, has a development potential of 2.5 million sq ft and is spread across nine acres. The second, Opus One in Eco City-2, has a development potential of 3.2 million sq ft and is being developed across 8.75 acres. The third project, located in Eco City-1, has a development potential of around 300,000 sq ft and is being developed across two acres.

GB Realty plans to scale its cumulative investment to around Rs 10,000 crore over the next five years.

The Ministry of Defence has floated a tender worth Rs 1 lakh crore for buying 60 multirole transport aircraft for the Indian Air Force (IAF). Big names: Tata, Mahindra, and government-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) are in the race for the contract. According to updates from the Economic Times, Mahindra Defence has tied up with Embraer of Brazil to offer its C-390 transport plane, while Tata is going with Lockheed Martin to offer their C-130 plane.  These aircraft will be built in India through joint ventures between Indian companies and the original equipment manufacturer, HAL. Under the prorgam around 20 percent of the planes will join the IAF in fly-away condition, while the rest will be manufactured in India with over 60 per cent indigenous content.
