Steel sector major Tata Steel has partnered with Belgium based constructsteel to inaugurate a Zero Energy Building (ZEB) constructed using advanced Light-Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology. Spread over 1,836 sq. ft. facility is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is built in just 3.5 months, and represents a significant step in India’s move towards net-zero, energy-efficient, and climate-resilient infrastructure, said the firm.

Hospitality major ITC Hotels has announced a new hotel in Jaipur. The firm has signed 150 keys Epiq Collection Jaipur, Bagru, under its recently introduced premium brand, Epiq Collection. Set to open in 2030, the hotel will embody the Epiq Collection philosophy of regionally inspired architecture and intuitive hospitality.

Hospitality major Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed new hotels in Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. The firm signed Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. These hotels would be managed by the firm's subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla, would feature  90 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet and meeting room, and a Swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. While Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai would feature: 72 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, banquet and meeting room, swimming pool and spa.

MEIL Group (Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited) has informed that the stone-filling works have commenced in the upstream section of Gap-2 of the Polavaram irrigation project. This comes after the downstream stone-filling activity in Gap-2 had been completed, and the stabilisation of the base enabled the commencement of similar works in the upstream stretch. 

TVS Group's firm, TVS ILP, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana to acquire 20 acres of land to develop a tech-enabled logistics and industrial park. This MoU was signed during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
